Throughout my site I have been quite clear regarding my view that exclusivity is the premium way to structure a recruitment relationship. I am interested however to understand your preferences regarding how fees are structured.
The poll is based on the assumption that you are responsible for the recruitment of a 50k position within your business.
It is further assumed you are confident that you will make a hire (i.e not just testing the market) and that you are also confident in the abilities of your Recruiter to make this happen.
