IT Service Desk – German/Italian/Dutch/Polish/French Speaking – Ideal Graduate role
Full or Part Time
When looking for your next job it’s important to understand what is really important to you. Some people are in it for the money, others may prioritise career progression or some may want to develop their experience with a high-profile International Brand. If a combination of all three sounds ideal, then I can help you!
I work with an international client base that has IT Support opportunities across a number of their EU operations. Their support teams are multi-lingual and so my challenge is to help them find motivated and enthusiastic candidates who are able to bring their language skills to one of these locations. I am currently looking for candidates able to work in the beautiful city of Budapest.
What is the job you may ask?
The simple answer is that you will be helping our clients to look after their clients and help solve any problems that they may be facing. This will be via a number of inbound channels such as phone, email, webchat etc. The facilities are state of the art with strong investment in their offices and systems, meaning the support team are free to concentrate on what they are good at, and that is providing best in class customer support.
It’s hard work for sure, but it’s also fun. I am lucky that I work with clients that are highly regarded for their commitment to ensuring both a fair and awesome place to work. The social side is strong, with many activities and sports on offer. You’ll work with people from all over the world and so will have the opportunity to experience different cultures and make new friends for life.
What am I looking for?
There is flexibility in terms of background, ideally, you will be able to show some kind of customer service experience. If you have worked in a call or support centre, then this would be perfect, however, you could have just finished school or university and be looking for your first full-time opportunity. What is important is that you are business fluent in one of German/Italian/Dutch/Polish/French with good English language skills. You will enjoy helping people with their problems and be a positive and patient person. As this is a technical support role, preference will be for those that have studied a technical subject area.
If this sounds of interest, then drop me (Paul) a message and I will send through some more details and we can run through any questions. I don’t waste any time and so if you are motivated then I can arrange interviews quickly and get you started as soon as you would like!
