What do you think is the best way to structure your recruitment relationships/fees?
I am currently looking at how exclusivity/retainers in a recruitment relationship can have positive impact on fees charged.
I would be grateful if you could spare a minute to give me your view.
Throughout my site I have been quite clear regarding my view that exclusivity is the premium way to structure a recruitment relationship. I am interested however to understand your preferences regarding how fees are structured?
The poll is based on the assumption that you are responsible for the recruitment of a 50k position within your business.
It is further assumed you are confident that you will make a hire (i.e not just testing the market) and that you are also confident in the abilities of your Recruiter to make this happen. You will want them to manage the whole assignment and not just send some CVs to beef up your own efforts.
