I’ve spent the last couple of months speaking to my HR network, to look at how I can overcome some of the key issues with traditional recruitment relationships. The main issues we have identified are poor candidate experience and the price/value relationship between recruiter and hiring company.
Out of these conversations, I have introduced new solutions that will dramatically improve both of these issues. Recruitment, in my opinion, is easily broken down into 2 sets of activities. Firstly, we have to Create Interest in the opportunity and then we have to Assess and Convert this interest.
With this in mind, I have put together a Candidate Attraction package, which uses our specialist recruitment experience and established networks to create a candidate pool for your vacancy. You can then take these applications and put them through your own assessment as well as manage the interview/offer/rejection process. This is particularly useful if you have direct applications that you wish to benchmark with options from an external supplier.
You can opt for a full life cycle solution where I manage the whole assignment for you. I will lead on assignments that fall under my specialism and bring in experts in other areas to assist where necessary. Our expertise covers, HR, Finance, Sales/Marketing, Early Career and Senior Appointments.
The level of commitment from both sides means that the recruitment fee is significantly lower than the traditional multi-agency models. By both parties having skin in the game, it allows this to happen.
